Building Your Resilient Self Webinar Series

For all of us, recent times remind us that life throws up all kinds of disruption, change, grief, joy and confusion. Most of the time we want to push on but sometimes it feels like we are pushed to our limits. We are often told to be resilient. But what actually is resilience and how do you do it?

This webinar series draws on recent advances in somatic neuro-science to give you a clear understanding of what resilience is and also what it isn’t. We will introduce practical skills to better observe your own Way of Being and provide day to day techniques that will help you to grow your resilience. Resilience is not just about hanging on and getting through. It is also about living in a way that works with the drift of life, so you take care of the things that really matter to you.

Our objectives

This webinar series will help you to:

  • Actively observe your own way of being and level of resilience when and wherever you want to.
  • Use practices to adjust your way of being and adapt in times of disruption and life generally.
  • Shift from less resilient to more resilient moods so that you can take care of what’s important to you.

Outline

The program has one module a week for five weeks. Each module is a 60-minute webinar that will introduce you to concepts and tools, and provide an interactive opportunity to have a go at the Way of Being practices live on the webinar.
