Why your ability to coordinate action is important

To be an effective leader, you must be able to organise people to achieve business outcomes. This means making and managing requests so work gets delivered as intended.

This skill is useful at all levels of business development, from starting out, to outsourcing work and eventually to building and managing a team. It is useful for business owners, and for anyone who is in a leadership position or has ambitions to become a leader within an organisation.

If you struggle to translate what you want into clear requests and tasks and projects are not delivered as intended, this is the workshop for you. You will learn how to be clear and intentional with your requests, how to negotiate outcomes and deadlines, and how to address factors that may influence the outcome upfront so expectations are set and all parties are on the same page.

This Webinar Series is delivered by, Ian Lees, Leadership Coach and Director of Optimal Future, in partnership with Mum's Garage.

"This is the missing piece in productivity improvement for a lot of businesss leaders. When people think about productivity, they think about their own output. This is important when it's just you in the business. But if you want to scale up productively, you must learn how to effectively direct other people. This programme will teach you that." - Natalie Robinson
