Entrepreneurs Unleashed: Creating a Movement

This event is designed for people with ideas or aspirations to start a business, as well as those who have launched and are focused on growth.

Great businesses create a compelling new reality that their users want to be a part of. We like to think of it as starting a movement towards a better way of existing for the customers the business serves. It's a highly effective way of creating change and building a successful company.

At this Entrepreneurs Unleashed, we'll be taking with two companies who have done an exceptional job of 'creating a movement' by building a community of people who love their product and what they stand for.

OUR SPEAKERS

Brooke Roberts and Sonya Williams, Sharesies

Sharesies was founded only one year ago, by a team of seven who wanted to make investing easy and accessible. Since then the company has experienced significant growth with over 8,700 active investors on the platform and two rounds of funding under their belt. But the most exciting thing about Sharesies is how much users love their product and the change that they're driving in the investment world.

We're excited to talk to Brooke and Sonya (two of the founding team) about the journey of Sharesies so far, and the process they've been through to make a product and brand that people love.

Graedon Parker, Organic Mechanic

Organic Mechanic makes and sells kombucha and smoothies, but they are about much more than that. They've created a movement towards a healthier and happier way of existing, by becoming more conscious of what you put into your body.

We're excited to hear the story of Organic Mechanic, from humble beginnings as a stall at La Cigale markets to a community at the forefront of the good health revolution in New Zealand, and the creators of a highly successful product.

We'll have OM Kombucha on tap at the event.

Dinner and kombucha covered in the ticket price.
